We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client. Our client is a leading company in 2-Wheeler industry. Designation : Engine Calibration Engineer Experience : 2 Years experience in Engine Calibration Location : Chinchwad MIDC, Pune Roles & Responsibilities : Engine Calibration : Develop and refine ECU calibrations for fuel injection, ignition timing, throttle control, and other parameters to achieve optimal power, torque, fuel economy, and driveability. Emissions & OBD: Ensure full compliance with global emission regulations (e.g., Euro, Bharat Stage) and calibrate On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) functions. Testing & Validation : Conduct comprehensive engine dynamometer and in-vehicle testing to validate calibrations, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure robust performance across various conditions. Collaboration & Documentation : Work cross-functionally with design, software, and homologation teams. Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain thorough documentation of calibration processes and results. As the requirement is a bit urgent, an early response on this would be highly appreciated.
