We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Fitness Expert Analyst specializing in program design and periodization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and personalization of AI-generated workout plans and fitness content. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in exercise science, proven success in developing effective, individualized fitness programs, and a deep understanding of human performance optimization. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering fitness programs for diverse populations, a strong foundation in periodization, athletic development, and general population training, you should be able to adapt programs for varying needs, goals, and constraints. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, Biomechanics, or a related field is required, along with a nationally recognized certification such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA (CSCS), ACE, or equivalent, and CPR/AED & First Aid certification. Your responsibilities will include comprehending and communicating information clearly and precisely, applying strong grammatical skills, conducting reviews of user personas and workout plans, suggesting and implementing personalized training techniques, collaborating with AI development teams, researching evidence-based training methodologies, analyzing case studies and training trends, developing data-driven recommendations, and utilizing physiological metrics for program evaluation.
