Lead Generation and Cold Calling: o Perform cold calling to reach potential clients and generate sales leads. o Utilize provided data for outreach, if available from reliable data managers. o Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers. 2. Business Development: o Generate business through personal networks, acquaintances, and natural markets. o Develop and nurture strong client relationships to secure long-term partnerships. 3. Sales Activity: o Ensure a minimum of 2 sales calls daily to meet or exceed targets. o Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions. 4.
