We are looking for a Unity Experience Developer to design and develop immersive, multi-projection visual experiences that blend digital creativity with real-world environments. You will be responsible for crafting interactive 3D worlds, projection-mapped scenes, and real-time simulations that run seamlessly across multi-display systems powered by Unity, VIOSO, and Datapath. This role combines creative storytelling with technical execution , making it ideal for developers who enjoy turning spaces into living, interactive experiences. Key Responsibilities Build interactive Unity scenes for multi-projector immersive rooms and experiential setups. Develop gameplay logic, triggers, and animations responding to sensors or real-time data (MQTT, APIs, etc.). Work closely with projection and system engineers to ensure perfect alignment, scaling, and perspective matching . Design visual effects, shaders, and particle systems optimized for large-format projection. Integrate 3D assets, textures, and environments for projection mapping and real-time rendering . Collaborate with the AV, lighting, and integration teams for synchronized show experiences. Optimize performance for multi-display rendering and GPU constraints . Support rapid prototyping for simulation or entertainment experiences (Unity, Unreal, etc.). Create storyboards and visual mockups to communicate interaction concepts. Required Skills & Experience 25 years of experience developing with Unity 3D for real-time or interactive environments. Strong grasp of C# scripting , Unity Timeline, Cinemachine, and physics-based animation. Experience with projection mapping or AR/VR visual design . Understanding of lighting, materials, and color balance for large projection surfaces. Familiarity with Post-Processing Stack , URP/HDRP , and real-time optimization. Exposure to multi-display setups or panoramic rendering preferred. Ability to work with 3D artists, modelers, and external assets (FBX, glTF, etc.). Strong creative sense, with an eye for composition, timing, and spatial storytelling . Preferred Qualifications Experience in interactive installations, gaming, simulation, or experiential design . Knowledge of MQTT, OSC, or networked triggers in Unity (optional). Familiarity with VIOSO / Datapath / NVIDIA Mosaic environments. Ability to collaborate with hardware engineers and projection specialists . Degree or diploma in Game Design, Multimedia, Animation, or Computer Science .
