We are seeking an IT Support & Cloud Associate with 1–3 years of experience in IT support and cloud technologies. Core Skills Required Laptop & Device Management : Installation, patching, endpoint compliance, troubleshooting. User & Access Management : M365 & Azure AD (creating accounts, managing groups, MFA setup). App Deployment & Automation : Exposure to Intune or other deployment tools, CI/CD knowledge (Pipelines). SaaS Tools Support : Ability to configure & support SaaS tools. Cloud Familiarity : Working knowledge of Azure/AWS, storage, permissions. Deployment Support : Comfortable in assisting with deployments of custom solutions over cloud. Good-to-Have Scripting basics (PowerShell / Python). Ability to handle customer queries.
