Key Requirements: Experience: 8-9 years of experience in Insurance sector Education: Graduate in any discipline Skills: Strong communication & presentation skills, Entrepreneurial mindset, Relationship Management, Tech Savy, Learning Agility & Adaptability Roles & Responsibility: o Overseeing the development, implementation and administration of the Insurance Policies o Identifying and accessing the risk and developing strategies to mitigate them. o Provide support and guidance to policy holder, insurance companies. o Ensure compliance with IRDA regulatory requirement within a set time frame, industry standards and company policies. o Manage insurance related finances, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting. o Managing policy issuance, renewals, and changes by collaborating and coordinating with service provider/Insurance companies o Administering the payout received process and ensuring timely receipt of payout and coordinate with the Insurance companies. o Define and implement business and revenue performance dashboard and MIS for Insurance for Management

In this role you will part of the Customer Service Team, supporting in scheduling the vehicles/handling escalations from customers. You will learn the entire Customer Experience Journey start from Scheduling of vehicle till delivery of the vehicle along with handling of complaints. What qualities should you have for us to consider you for this role Key Requirements: Experience: min.1 year of experience in Customer Care Industry Education: Graduate in any discipline Skills: Strong communication Roles & Responsibility: Mandatory English & Hindi language and any other local language will be an advantage. Anyone from complaints/escalation desk background will be an added advantage. Handle Customer requests calls / mails / portal. Provide Customers with regular updates and service information. Coordinate updating of Customer database. Proactive identification of priority issues to curb escalation. Ensure coordination between all departments in regard to Customer touch points(interface). Responsible to capture Customer feedback at various stages. Keep an overview of complaints and drive for amicable resolution.
