Job Title: Medical Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager Company: AtharAyu Healthcare LLP (Medical Devices • Diagnostics • Telemedicine Solutions • Wellness Technologies) Location: Bengaluru (with travel across Karnataka) Role Overview AtharAyu Healthcare LLP is seeking driven and field-ready Sales Professionals to grow our presence across hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, diagnostic chains, fitness & wellness centres, corporate health programs, and government institutions. The Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business for our full portfolio - including diagnostic analyzers, body composition analyzers, point-of-care devices, telemedicine units, and wellness technology solutions . This is a hands-on field sales role requiring relationship management, product consulting, demos, tenders, and order closures. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, approach, and onboard: Hospitals & diagnostic labs Clinics & pathology chains Fitness centres & wellness clinics Corporate health partners Government healthcare institutions Gyms Meet monthly & quarterly sales targets by territory Promote and sell: Diagnostic equipment & Consumables Body composition analyzers Wellness assessment systems Telemedicine kiosks and platforms Conduct product demonstrations & workshops Develop strong referral relationships with doctors, administrators, physiotherapists, and purchase officers Build a prospect pipeline and consistently move leads toward closure Marketing & Brand Activation Support exhibitions, medical conferences, gym activations, and demo camps Facilitate sampling, demos, installations, and trial deployments Actively represent the AtharAyu brand professionally Account Management Manage key clients: Purchase cycles Installations & training coordination Service follow-ups Maintain CRM records Ensure repeat orders and upselling opportunities Tender & Institutional Sales Assist with: Government & corporate tenders RFQs, product documentation Pricing submissions and negotiations Reporting & Coordination Daily field visit reporting Weekly pipeline and sales forecast reports Coordination with: Demo teams Technical service units Logistics & accounts teams Required Skills & Competencies Functional Skills Proven B2B medical equipment or healthcare product sales experience Capability to explain clinical or technical products clearly Negotiation & relationship management skills Territory planning and lead conversion expertise Familiarity with CRM or Excel reporting Personal Skills Self-motivated & target-oriented High interpersonal confidence with doctors & hospital administrators Strong communication in English & Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu a plus) Field-ready attitude with willingness to travel Education & Experience Preferred: Bachelor in: Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering (added advantage) Pharmacy / Allied Health Sciences Business / Sales (with medical sales exposure) Experience: 2 to 4 years in: Medical equipment sales IVD diagnostics Wellness or physiotherapy equipment Hospital procurement sales Freshers with hospital internship or pharma sales background may be considered for junior roles.
