Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics and Visual Designer to develop engaging visual content for our training programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, presentations, and other multimedia assets that enhance learner engagement and comprehension. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality visual content including slides, infographics, illustrations, icons, and multimedia elements for training modules and workshops Collaborate closely with training developers, and facilitators to understand content requirements and translate them into effective visuals Create and maintain visual style guides and templates that ensure consistency across all training materials Develop animations, motion graphics, and interactive visuals to improve learner engagement where applicable Adapt complex concepts into clear, concise, and visually appealing graphics tailored to diverse learner audiences Ensure all graphics meet brand and accessibility standards Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and learners Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field Proven experience designing visual content for training, e-learning, or educational materials Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Experience with presentation tools like PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, or Canva Basic knowledge of animation and video editing is a plus Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Experience with instructional design or understanding of adult learning principles Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning development tools Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and multimedia projects Why Join Us: Opportunity to impact learner experiences through compelling visual design Collaborative, innovative work culture Professional development and growth opportunities
