Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled RF Systems Engineer with expertise in LabVIEW and instrumentation to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in RF system design, test & measurement equipment development, and LabVIEW programming. This role involves onsite customer support, system commissioning, and detailed project documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop RF systems, test & measurement equipment, data acquisition systems, and hardware-in-loop simulation systems. • Program, troubleshoot, test, and maintain LabVIEW software and FPGA algorithms. • Research and develop algorithms by studying technical literature, existing IPs, or independent innovation. • Provide onsite installation, commissioning, training, and ongoing software support at various customer locations. • Prepare technical documentation including requirement specifications, design documents, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or related fields; Master’s preferred. • 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in LabVIEW programming and RF system design. • Strong knowledge of PC-based instrumentation and ATE systems. • Solid foundation in electronics fundamentals. Desired Skills: • Experience with LabVIEW RT and LabVIEW FPGA programming. • Familiarity with device drivers and protocols such as RS 232/485, TCP/IP, Modbus, MIL-1553, ARINC-429, and avionics integration. • Understanding of sensors, transducers, data acquisition, control systems, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Knowledge of standard instruments like multimeters, relays, PLC controllers, oscilloscopes, and RF testers. • Proficient in MS Office and Windows operating systems.
