Accountable to deliver ATC QCD commitments. He/she is the direct technical interface with the Customer for ATC Engineering. Provides ATC functional and architecture specification, ATC detailed design and ATC configuration. Provides corrections during and until customer acceptance. Provides Sig RS (signaling rolling stock) interface specification, until mutual agreement from both engineering entities.
