Preferred candidate profile Knowledge on following domains are preferrable : Site Management, Certification of Contractor Bills, QS, Software knowledge of MS Project, P6 Prime vera, MS office, etc. Role & responsibilities 1) Overall administration and Control of Site. 2) Responsible for all stakeholders and communications 3)Reviewing of BOQ, Drawings, Technical details & responsible for contractor billing. 4) Responsible for overall coordination between all construction packages & design office, and taking necessary decisions inline with client and the design office. 5) Evaluation of project timeline, design and identify the project risk and ensure mitigation plans 6) Responsible to manage all the Change order, Amendments with proper notification to the client and furnishing the reconciliation report in the final project closing.
