The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to understand the organizations operations, policies, and business processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
