INDOSOL Solar Private Limited (ISPL), a Special Project Vehicle of Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited (SSEL), is establishing a 10GW Integrated PV manufacturing facility for the entire solar value chain under the PLI scheme by MNRE, Govt. of India. Job Purpose: Lead and manage the ASU, Argon Recovery System, and Bulk Gas system utility part of the Integrated PV plant. Responsible for end-to-end project execution, installation, commissioning, and subsequent operations and maintenance of utilities. Coordinate with licensors, EPC suppliers, consultants, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure timely completion and smooth utility operations. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Management: Lead execution, installation, and commissioning of ASU, ARS, and Bulk Gas systems. Manage project timelines, costs, and quality standards. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including licensors, EPC contractors, vendors, and consultants. Review, verify, and approve RFPs, engineering drawings, SOPs, and vendor documentation. Operations & Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of ASU, Argon Recovery, and Bulk Gas systems. Monitor system parameters, maintain uninterrupted gas supplies with required flow and quality. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Control inventory and manage procurement of mechanical spares. Cost & Resource Optimization: Identify and implement cost optimization projects related to ASU and Argon Recovery. Optimize operation costs while maintaining quality and safety. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources. Safety, Compliance & Quality: Develop and promote a strong safety culture in the department. Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal norms, and company policies. Experience in IMS, energy conservation, cost control, and legal compliance. Education & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in Utilities within medium/large industries. Preferably experienced in solar manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries. Hands-on experience in managing ASU, Bulk gases (N2, Ar, O2), and Argon recovery systems is mandatory.
