As a Graphic and Motion Design Intern at Astrix, you will have the opportunity to contribute to bringing Astrix's visual identity to life. Your role will involve working on branding, social media creatives, motion graphics, and other visual assets that define Astrix's appearance and feel across various platforms. Collaborating closely with the design, product, and marketing teams, you will be responsible for translating ideas into visually appealing creations that resonate with our audience. We are seeking a candidate with a strong portfolio showcasing brand, social, and motion design work. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects is essential. An understanding of basic design principles like composition, typography, and color usage is required. A good sense of aesthetic, attention to detail, curiosity, initiative-taking ability, and enjoyment of a fast-paced environment are qualities we value. Additionally, you should be either pursuing or have recently completed a degree in design or a related field. Your responsibilities will include executing and maintaining the Astrix brand identity across all visual formats, designing static and animated creatives for social media, internal communication, and marketing purposes, creating motion graphics and short video content for various purposes, working on visual assets for events, merchandise, product drops, and branded campaigns, collaborating with other teams to interpret briefs and deliver creative output on tight timelines, and contributing fresh ideas to campaign planning and content design discussions. In return, you will gain hands-on experience with a growing brand and engage in high-ownership design work. You will have exposure to real-time product and marketing workflows, get the opportunity to take ideas from concept to final delivery, and have the potential to convert the internship into a full-time role based on performance.
