We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design and develop a bespoke ERP system that will streamline our operations across sales, quoting, production, inventory, and customer management. Key Responsibilities ERP Development: Design and build a customized ERP solution tailored to Astons workflows. Systems Integration: Integrate the ERP with existing tools such as LogiKal, CAD/CAM , and CRM platforms . Database Management: Develop and maintain secure, scalable databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). Testing & Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage phased rollouts. Documentation & Training: Prepare clear user manuals, technical documentation, and provide staff training. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end). Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript . Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL). Experience in ERP development , business process modeling, and API integration . Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to delivery. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Qualifications Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering , or a related field (preferred).
