We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering solutions firm. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in integrating mechanical components and systems into our projects, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. You will also be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical structures and components. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, expertise in integration processes, a passion for d1.elivering innovative engineering solutions, and technical expertise to ensure the structural integrity, performance, and safety of the Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed design drawings and models for mechanical components and systems. Develop prototypes: Create and test prototypes of mechanical components and systems to ensure they meet technical specifications and design requirements. Troubleshoot and problem-solve: Identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems. Perform design analysis: Use analytical tools to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical designs. Requirements P roficient in CAD software: Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360. Familiarity with engineering standards: Knowledge of engineering standards, such as ASME, ASTM, and ISO, and regulatory requirements. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems. Experience with prototyping and testing: Experience with prototyping and testing mechanical components and systems. Skilled in mechanical analysis: tolerance analysis (GD&T), structural analysis, welding processes. Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly, material knowledge, and engineering fundamentals. Qualifications: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience. Solid works/ Autodesk Inventor and certification is preferred. Excellent working knowledge of sheet metal design and weld fabrication processes, along with knowledge of assembly and welding procedures.

(Low-cost product, breakthrough products, import substitution, enhancement of existing products etc) VA/ VE Projects for GMDCA, CFIP, EBU, Safety products - Improve existing product/process for better efficiency, improve productivity, reduce lead time. Manage compounding operations, including material selection, formulation, and processing to ensure that compounded polymers meet customer requirements and specifications. Testing & Approvals - EBU, EPD, Safety products- Testing of products at Indian & overseas lab. Getting approvals from TE & other related stake holders for new product or modified process. Business excellence & People management-Support in Excellence journey, Team building, knowledge sharing, grooming, motivating, delegating. Lead a small team of compounding technicians and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations Validation of newly developed compound and process including regular compounds as per annual plan Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production, reduce waste, and increase efficiency Collaborate closely with other departments like production and quality control, to ensure that compounded polymers meet customer needs and requirements and in case of customer complaints Collaborate with Engineering, procurement and production for VA/VE/WE/cost reduction projects Trouble shooting - Extrusion, Calendaring and Injection Molding processes etc. Inhouse and at vendor site Documentation for Audits - ISO/EHS/TPM/TQM Maintain accurate records of all compounding & other processes and procedure Travel up to 20% of the time to visit customers and suppliers / vendors, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events Manage external testing for certification, analysis and benchmarking study Effective communication with both internal and external stake holders including customers Preparing MIS, BMR & chairman report after coordinating with the team members to update management about deparment and project status. Highly skilled and experienced Casting & Machining Inspection Professional. Responsible for ensuring the quality of castings and machined components meet drawings, specifications and industry standards. Handson experience of CMM inspection. Responsibilities Operate CMM machine using established programs, as well as creating new programs using Calypso software. Perform dimensional inspection on product using CMM, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Perform visual and dimensional inspection on product per procedures. Perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections. Strong background concerning the usage and care of precision measuring tools and equipment. Ability to effectively read and understand blueprints, engineering documents, inspection manuals and procedures. Strong background programming and operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Strong metrology, blueprint reading, and GD interpretation skills. Must have practical experience performing in-process and final inspections. Must have experience using various mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail at all times and complete tasks in a timely manner. Knowledge of dimensional, visual and mechanical inspection processes. Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out work instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Deal with issues involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Basic Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Production, Metallurgy, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control, CMM inspection, preferably in casting and machining industries. Strong knowledge of casting and machining processes GD & T and materials. Proficiency in inspection techniques, including visual and dimensional. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Working in shift as per the requirement.
