Requirements P roficient in CAD software: Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360. Familiarity with engineering standards: Knowledge of engineering standards, such as ASME, ASTM, and ISO, and regulatory requirements. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems. Experience with prototyping and testing: Experience with prototyping and testing mechanical components and systems. Skilled in mechanical analysis: tolerance analysis (GD&T), structural analysis, welding processes. Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly, material knowledge, and engineering fundamentals. Qualifications: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience. Solid works/ Autodesk Inventor and certification is preferred. Excellent working knowledge of sheet metal design and weld fabrication processes, along with knowledge of assembly and welding procedures.
