Asst.Manager IT - SAP

You will be responsible for providing SAP / ERP related application-level support to all business users in the organization. This includes tracking and resolving all SAP level issues within defined SLAs. Additionally, you will provide implementation support for S4HANA and generate reports from SAP, presenting them in Excel sheets for stakeholders with enhanced clarity. You will also participate in SAP integration activities for other systems and support business teams in executing required transactions in the SAP ERP system. Furthermore, you will collaborate with SAP partners to implement suggested changes, perform UAT, and implement changes in the production environment. Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting, document functional designs, test cases, and results, and proactively identify and propose business process or system enhancements. You will also deliver ad-hoc training and user support as needed, working independently and serving as a subject matter mentor when required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related technical/IT field - More than 8 years of experience in SAP operations, preferably in ECC systems with AFS module - Experience in preparing and maintaining master data in SAP - Experience in the apparel/textile manufacturing industry Desired Skills & Experience: - 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP ERP system - Proficiency in Excel for creating complex reports - Solid understanding of business processes in enterprises and their operation through SAP - Ability to multitask, manage deliverables on time, and work effectively in a team environment - Results-oriented with a CAN-DO attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness - Familiarity with modules MM, SD, and FICO - Experience in a Garment Manufacturing/Retail industry is advantageous Please note the CTC Salary offered is up to 6 Lakhs per annum. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during daytime with a yearly bonus.
