About the Role

We’re building a hands-on Fine Arts program where students don’t just learn techniques — they develop their own artistic voice.

We’re looking for practicing artists and mentors who can help students master fundamentals like drawing and painting, while also guiding them to create original, portfolio-worthy work.

What You'll Do

* Teach core subjects: Drawing, Painting (Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor), Portraiture, Composition, Art History

* Help students explore traditional and contemporary art styles

* Conduct studio-based classes that focus on technique, expression, and experimentation

* Guide students in building a strong portfolio for exhibitions, further studies, or freelance work

* Organize student showcases, exhibitions, and community art projects

* Create an open, critique-friendly, and inspiring studio culture

What We're Looking For

* Strong command over traditional painting techniques and materials

* Good eye for composition, color, and creative storytelling

* Passionate about teaching and mentoring emerging artists

* Degree in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA) or equivalent — but your portfolio speaks louder than your resume

Bonus If You

* Actively create and share your art (Instagram, Be hance, personal website)

* Have participated in exhibitions, residencies, or commissioned work

* Are excited to blend classic techniques with new-age expression

* Want to help shape a new generation of confident, career-ready artists

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
