Job Description

Teaching & Training

Deliver theory and practical classes for Electrician Trade and related Electrical Engineering subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstration setups.
Ensure hands-on training in wiring, motor control, earthing, electrical safety, and troubleshooting.

Lab / Workshop Management

Oversee the electrical workshop, tools, equipment, and safety compliance.
Conduct practical assessments, maintain lab records, and ensure proper utilization of equipment.

Assessment & Academic Responsibilities

Design and evaluate assignments, internal assessments, and practical exams.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and training progress reports.
Support in university examinations and evaluation processes.

Student Mentoring

Guide students in projects, on-the-job training, and industrial exposure.
Assist in placement readiness and skill development activities.

Curriculum & Documentation

Contribute to syllabus updates, training modules, and competency-based curricula.
Prepare academic documentation required by the university and regulatory bodies.

Industry & TPA Coordination

Coordinate with industry partners for internships, apprenticeships, and workshops.
Support the university in meeting NAAC/NSDC/Skill framework requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
