Asst. Professor - B.Ed College

The Assistant Professor in the B.Ed. program will be responsible for teaching core and pedagogy subjects in Education. Education background must be post graduation and M.Ed degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic:
• Teach foundational courses in Education and pedagogy of school subjects as per curriculum.
• Supervise practice teaching/internships in schools as per NCTE norms.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and co-curricular activities.
• Engage in curriculum development and syllabus revision.
• Research:
• Undertake research projects, present papers, and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, and FDPs.
• Guide students in action research and dissertations.
• Administrative:
• Assist in NAAC/NCTE-related documentation and compliance.
• Participate in institutional committees, events, and community outreach.
• Maintain student records, attendance, internal assessments, and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Fixed shift
