Asst Product Planning-Pharma

Production Coordination

· • Coordinate with various pharmaceutical manufacturers to track production timelines.

· • Ensure goods are manufactured and delivered as per agreed schedules.

· • Flag any delays to the Marketing team immediately.

Artwork and Packaging Management

· • Follow up with manufacturers on receiving product artworks.

· • Share Pantone shades with the Marketing team and confirm approvals.

· • Once approved, give clearance to the manufacturer to proceed with procurement of packing material.

Delay and Change Communication

· • Stay informed of any unforeseen production or delivery delays and communicate them promptly to the Marketing team.

· • Track changes in product specifications such as shelf life and ensure timely communication to all relevant stakeholders.

Liaison & Reporting

· • Act as a central point of contact between manufacturers and internal teams for all product planning matters.

· • Maintain up-to-date records on product schedules, artwork approvals, and packaging status.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

· • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field

· • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product coordination or planning

· • Strong communication and follow-up skills

· • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines

· • Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory timelines is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
