Asst. Manager Process Engineer/Executive

As a Process Design Engineer in the Agrochemicals/chemicals industry, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Process design engineering including basic, detailing, and improvement of processes. - Preparation of Material balance, PFDs, heat balance, and capacity calculations for products. - Preparation of technical data sheets for various equipment like reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, vessels, and columns based on product requirements and standards. - Review and preparation of P&IDs according to standards, generating design project documents such as PFDs and P&IDs. - Conducting HAZOP as per PID and ensuring execution as per finalized document. - Estimation of batch size considering product parameters and equipment size. - Focus on time cycle reduction, product setup, and implementing cost-effective improvement projects to enhance raw material usage, yield, time cycle, and reduce overhead costs. - Involvement in enhancing safety systems including fire hydrants, blanketing devices, relief devices, N2 system, and heat detector systems in clean rooms. Qualifications required for this role: - BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering Key Skills that will be valuable in this role include: - Process Engineer - Chemical Engineer - Design Engineer - Process Design Engineer - Process Design Please note that the salary range for this position is between 3 Lac to 6 Lac 50 Thousand P.A. and the preferred gender for this role is Male.
