Asst. Engineering Manager Structures

As a Civil/Structural Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Bridge design, you will be responsible for the following: - Proficient in structural analysis and design of reinforced/prestressed concrete bridges. - Experience in large scale Bridge projects such as segmental post-tensioned box girder bridges, Balanced Cantilever Bridges, Extradosed Bridge, and Cable stayed Bridges is highly preferred. - Familiarity with steel or steel composite bridges is also preferred. - Competency in using bridge engineering software such as Midas or Larsa 4D/Sofistik. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting analysis, design, and report preparation for various bridge structures like simply supported & continuous span bridges, cable stayed bridges, extradosed bridges, etc., following IRC, IRS, IS, and other relevant international codes. Proficiency in finite element software, especially MIDAS, is a must. - Working under experienced senior engineers and project managers to deliver assigned tasks within the agreed quality, time, and budget, while adhering to L&T quality procedures. - Collaborating with external parties for inputs, approvals, and deliverables. - Preparing detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications. - Mentoring and supporting the development of junior engineers. You will play a vital role in the successful completion of bridge projects and the growth of the engineering team.
