Asst Director-SAP-BTP

You will be joining the Talent IT Service Delivery team as an Application Engineer at EY. Your role will involve coordinating and managing a team of development resources in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using Neo and Cloud Foundry environments to support the Talent IT landscape. You will work closely with the Project Manager, QA resources, and Support Team to ensure the successful delivery of applications end-to-end. **Key Responsibilities:** - Inspire, guide, and mentor consultants throughout complex project lifecycles - Serve as the primary point of contact for Employee Central projects - Manage and mentor a team of consultants, assigning tasks and providing guidance - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations - Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand business requirements - Analyze and document client requirements, translating them into system specifications - Advise clients on best practices and change management strategies - Design comprehensive Employee Central solutions and configure Employee Central modules **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in application development on SAP BTP (Neo & Cloud Foundry) - Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud and HANA 2.0 (XSC/XSA) - Familiarity with SuccessFactors Extension Applications - Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders - Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners - Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable roadmaps You must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in application services and client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment. Additionally, certification in SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, or SAP Certified Professional would be beneficial. You may be required to engage in international travel, and fluency in English is a necessity for this role.
