Join us as a Portfolio Analyst at Barclays, responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. You will spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence while harnessing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. To be successful as a Portfolio Analyst, you should have experience with financial analysis and planning/forecasting, risk management, and compliance requirements, communication tools and processes, workforce management, influencing decision-making with senior stakeholders, and process automation and improvement. Additionally, highly valued skills may include knowledge or experience of key tools such as navigator, workday, coupa, and a background in risk and control or finance. You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is based in Pune. Purpose of the role: To support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities. Accountabilities: - Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organization. - Development of business requirements to address business problems and opportunities. - Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations. - Support in the creation of business cases justifying investment in proposed solutions. - Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions. - Support in creating reports on project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of proposed solutions. - Creation of operational design and process design to ensure proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope. - Support for change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding of proposed solutions in the organization.
