Associate, Visual Design

This role demands creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and robust design skills to craft captivating visual content that resonates with our brand identity and bolsters our marketing and communication objectives. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in digital and print media, adeptness in design tools, and a discerning eye for aesthetics. Key responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print media encompassing social media, email templates, presentations, and marketing collateral. Collaborating closely with the marketing team to create compelling visuals in alignment with campaign goals. Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines for visual consistency across platforms. Contributing to brainstorming sessions and conceptualizing design ideas for diverse projects. Supporting the development of website graphics, banners, and other online assets. Preparing files for print and digital distribution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Engaging in design reviews, integrating feedback, and refining designs for enhanced quality. Keeping abreast of the latest design trends and infusing fresh ideas into projects. Organizing and maintaining design files for easy accessibility and version control. Assisting senior designers in large-scale projects and participating in team initiatives. Qualifications & Skills required entail a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or commensurate work experience. Possessing 2+ years of expertise in Figma and Adobe Illustrator. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Fundamental understanding of web design principles and familiarity with tools like Sketch or Figma. Profound knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design. Showcasing a robust portfolio highlighting design work across various media.
