About the job:

Key responsibilities:

A. Graphic design: 1. Design eye-catching social media posts, carousels, and infographics 2. Create branded promotional content for campaigns and announcements 3. Develop engaging thumbnails for YouTube podcasts and videos 4. Strong creativity and understanding of design aesthetics. B. Video editing: 1. Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok 2. Edit long-form podcast videos for YouTube with proper transitions, tex,t and effects 3. Add subtitles, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality 4. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice C. Collaboration: 1. Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and execute concepts 2. Understand study abroad themes and align visuals with the company's mission D. Tools & platforms: 1. Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro 2. Familiarity with Canva for quick designs is a plus 3. Knowledge of managing content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
