Job Description

Maximum Age : 50 years as on 01.05.2025 Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs. 90,000 Rs.2,40,000 Annual CTC: Rs.26.46 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale. Qualification: Essential B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering M.Tech/MBA will be an added advantage. Desirable: MBA with specialization in Project Management, Operations Management, or recognized certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), or equivalent project management certifications from reputed institutions. Post Qualification Experience 1) Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management and civil construction projects, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. 2) Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the healthcare sector, in a Project Head/Leader role will be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. 3) Should have substantial experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team for the execution of large turnkey projects. Candidates from Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) should be holding posts in the scale of Rs.80,000 Rs.2,20,000 (Revised 2017) or Rs.32,900 Rs.58,000 (pre-revised 2007) for a minimum period of two years as on 01.05.2025.
