Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Software Developer with a strong background in visual design to join our dynamic team at TechM in Chennai
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in software development and a passion for creating visually appealing and user friendly applications
You will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet our clients needs while ensuring a seamless user experience

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Develop high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Utilize strong visual design knowledge to create intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development and visual design
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in software development with a focus on visual design
Strong proficiency in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
Solid understanding of user centered design principles and best practices
Ability to translate complex design concepts into functional software applications
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with back end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java
Experience with responsive design and mobile first development
Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant work experience in software development
A portfolio showcasing your visual design work and software projects
