About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Help clients choose the right health insurance plans based on their needs and budget. 2. Explain policy details clearly to clients. 3. Complete all necessary documentation for policy issuance. 4. Assist clients with claim processes and documentation. 5. Ensure smooth and timely policy renewals. 6. Maintain regular contact with clients to provide continued support. 7. Resolve client queries and provide guidance throughout the insurance process. 8. Ensure compliance with IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) regulations. 9. Coordinate with insurance providers when needed for approvals, updates, or clarifications. This role requires good communication skills, basic insurance knowledge, and a customer-first approach to build trust and deliver excellent service.
