As an Associate Technical Product Analyst (EPBCS) at McDonald's Corporation in Hyderabad, you will be part of the Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) Team, focusing on the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Solution (EPBCS) product area. Your role will involve providing technical guidance for developers and squad members, managing the output of internal/external squads, participating in roadmap and backlog preparation, and maintaining technical process flows and solution architecture diagrams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Technical Product Management team in product roadmap and backlog preparation, analyzing existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, creating detailed requirements documents and user stories, and attending all product team ceremonies as a leader. You will also work on technical solutioning, feature development, troubleshoot integration systems, support incident management, and collaborate with other technology teams to ensure application service levels are maintained. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, along with at least 3 years of EPBCS technical analyst experience. Knowledge of Agile software development processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable language are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in EPBCS implementation, financial processes, Oracle Financial Consolidation, and Close/ Enterprise Data Management cloud service. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, India, with a hybrid work mode.
