Associate Technical Director

The role involves leading the Electrical Discipline with responsibilities such as technical leadership, bids & proposals, and people management. You should have a strong technical knowledge in primary & secondary detailed engineering of EHV substations and be a subject matter expert in at least one of them. Expertise in conceptual engineering drawings & designs, BOQs for EHV projects, covering AIS and GIS substations from 11kV up to 400kV, with a focus on 132kV voltages and above, is required. Knowledge in HVDC engineering and design/review for large capex HVDC projects is essential. Your responsibilities will include design review for electrical deliverables related to power, water, renewables, and T&D projects, while leading a team of engineers and designers in carrying out electrical design review and basic engineering works. You will need expertise in the basic design/review of electrical substation facilities and familiarity with various diagrams and layouts. Qualifications: - Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. - Familiarity with ME projects and experience in a lead role on large capital projects in India/ME. - Experience in Power, Water, and Renewable projects like solar, wind, and BESS is preferred. - Familiarity with software tools like AutoCAD, ETAP, PSS/E, and ASPEN is an advantage. - Experience working with Middle East Utilities like SEC/NGSA/TRANSCO is a strong differentiator. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership skills, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Self-motivated, eager learner, with an aptitude to grow and develop within the field.,
