Associate Technical Architect

Role Overview: You will be joining #Hashlist as an Associate Technical Architect, where you will be an integral part of a customer team dedicated to developing the future software platform for automotive connectivity. Your primary responsibility will be to own the platform architecture, ensuring that the solutions are optimized, maintainable, and in alignment with Android standards. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve tool development for testing purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with a customer team on developing the software platform for automotive connectivity - Take ownership of the platform architecture to develop solutions for customer-specific features while ensuring compliance with the overall Android platform - Contribute to the development of optimized and maintainable solutions - Focus primarily on platform development, with potential involvement in developing dedicated tools for testing as needed Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12+ years of overall experience - At least 5+ years of experience with Android - 4+ years of experience in Automotive Infotainment - Expertise in at least two of the following languages: C++, Java, Kotlin - Nice to have: Knowledge of Rust - Hands-on experience with HAL and Android framework development - Experience with Bluetooth and WiFi - Understanding of Infotainment and Cockpit systems - Ability to work in teams and closely with other team members - Ability to work independently, including self-study to understand new aspects of tasks - Experience with software architecture and design - English speaking is mandatory, German language experience is preferred Next Steps: If you are interested in this opportunity, please press "Apply."
