Associate Team Lead

Job Summary: Highly skilled and proactive SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with 8+ years of experience to work on both support and development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF). A deep understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, PP,PM,iMRO etc.), performance optimization,object oriented programming (OOPs) in ABAP is essential and good communication and verbal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, functional teams, and end users. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs in SAP systems, ensuring high quality and efficient code. Work on RICEF objects Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. Design and implement BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Enhancements, and Implicit/Explicit Enhancements. Expertise in Smart Forms, SAP Scripts and Adobe Forms Work with IDocs, RFC, Web Services, and OData for system integrations. Develop and optimize ABAP on HANA solutions using CDS Views, AMDP, and performance tuning techniques. Strong debugging and problem solving skills. Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. Adhere to best practices in coding, unit testing, and documentation. Experience in SAP Workflow is a plus.
