Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled professionals for the role of Associate Team Lead – Patent Illustrations to support our growing operations in Hyderabad and Aurangabad. This position involves managing project execution, supporting team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality illustrations, and handling internal coordination. Candidates should have a strong engineering background with proven drawing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all team members, helping resolve doubts and supporting workflow.
• Stay actively involved in all team activities and maintain visibility into the status and progress of ongoing projects.
• Guide projects on the floor to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery.
• Knowledge of engineering drawing methodologies is required to manage team output and quality.
• Handle internal communications and oversee drawing deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Motivate and guide the team to consistently meet performance expectations.
• Set and communicate clear goals and responsibilities to team members.
• Take full ownership of project outcomes in terms of quality, timelines, and consistency.
• Be responsible for planning and delivery of all assigned projects.
• Maintain a working knowledge of patents and patent filing processes (added advantage).

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 1–5 years of experience in leading a team in patent drawings or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings is preferable.
• MBA degree would be an added advantage.
