Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with specialized knowledge in US taxation to join our team in Hyderabad. The CPA will play a vital role in providing tax-related services to our clients, including tax planning, preparation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for various entities, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofits.
• Offer tax planning and advisory services to clients, analyzing tax liabilities, identifying taxsaving opportunities, and recommending strategies to minimize tax burdens
• Stay updated on federal and state tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure clients compliance with tax requirements.
• Engage with clients to collect necessary tax information and address their tax-related queries
• Analyze financial statements to assess tax implications and provide clients with tailored tax strategies.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members as necessary. Qualifications:
• Active CPA license is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in US tax compliance and planning.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and rulings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, tax preparation software (e.g., Drake), and familiarity with QuickBooks and Xero is a plus
