NITES LEGAL is a litigation-focused law practice representing employees and individuals in labour, civil and criminal matters. We handle matters across procedural stages and value rigorous drafting, ethical practice and client-focused representation. Role & responsibilities: Independently manage and run cases in Labour Courts, Criminal Courts and Civil Courts. Prepare and file complaints, suits, petitions, written statements, rejoinders, applications, appeals and other pleadings across stages. Draft and vet interim applications (injunctions, stay petitions, interim relief, anticipatory bail, cancellation, etc.) and final pleadings. Attend court hearings, take instructions, follow up with clients, and coordinate with senior advocates and support staff. Maintain case diaries, cause lists, court filings and ensure timely compliance with procedural deadlines. Research case law, prepare briefs for hearings and assist in strategy planning. Required qualifications & skills: Enrolled with the Bar Council of the State. 1 to 3 years of post-enrolment practice experience. Proven experience in filing and handling Labour Court cases, criminal cases and civil suits. Strong knowledge of court procedures at different stages of a case (trial, interim relief, appeals). Excellent drafting skills — capable of drafting precise pleadings and varied applications. Familiarity with required applications and procedural steps in civil and criminal practice.
