Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Associate to join our Query Management Team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, has a strong desire to learn, and is dedicated to providing prompt, precise, and high-quality support to internal stakeholders. Your main responsibility will be to efficiently resolve queries while meeting key objectives. **Key Requirements:** - Proficiency in Ticketing Systems - Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders - Ability to categorize and prioritize queries effectively - Experience in delivering change projects - First-Time Resolution (FTR) skills - Familiarity with working alongside Legal & Information Security teams; experience with compliance teams is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong focus on quality assurance - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail **What's in it for you ** At Tesco, we are committed to providing the best for our employees.
