Associate Surgeon

Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate Surgeon in the Department of Minimal Access and Robotic Surgery at Apollo Hospitals Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting preoperative consultations, performing surgeries, providing postoperative care, collaborating with the Chief Consultant and a multidisciplinary team, developing patient treatment plans, and contributing to clinical research and education initiatives. Additionally, you will supervise surgical procedures, manage patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting preoperative consultations - Performing surgeries - Providing postoperative care - Collaborating with the Chief Consultant and multidisciplinary team - Developing patient treatment plans - Contributing to clinical research and education initiatives - Supervising surgical procedures - Managing patient records - Ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards Qualifications: - Skills in Minimal Access GI Surgery - Exposure to Bariatric Surgery - Experience and skills in Hernia - Abdominal Wall Reconstruction - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment - Relevant certifications and licenses to practice in Gujarat - Experience in a tertiary care or specialized Minimal Access surgical unit is a plus - Advanced degrees and specialized training in surgical disciplines,
