Key Responsibilities: - Managing order fulfillment, dispatch, and tracking processes. - Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the Order Management System (OMS). - Handling return orders from start to finish. - Supervising the daily operations of the warehouse. - Managing inventory levels and purchases. - Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics.
