Associate Staff Engineer, JavaScript- Fullstack

In this role at Nagarro, you will be responsible for developing digital products and services using your expertise in Fullstack development with a focus on JavaScript, Node.js, and Typescript. You will have hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, as well as in-depth knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Cognito, IAM, and CloudWatch. Additionally, you will be proficient in CI/CD using GitHub/Bitbucket and Terraform/Cloud Formation, and have familiarity with Graph Databases, event-driven systems, and microservices architecture. Your responsibilities will include writing and reviewing high-quality code, understanding client business use cases, translating technical requirements into elegant designs, and mapping decisions with client needs. You will be responsible for identifying and selecting the best solutions that meet client requirements, defining guidelines for non-functional requirements, and reviewing architecture and design aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, and design patterns. You will also develop the overall solution for functional and non-functional requirements, define technologies, patterns, and frameworks, and apply technology integration scenarios in projects. Additionally, you will resolve issues raised during code reviews and conduct POCs to ensure the suggested designs and technologies meet the project requirements. To excel in this role, you should have a total experience of 5+ years and hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should possess a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, SOLID principles, and secure coding practices. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to guide discussions and document technical decisions effectively.
