Associate Staff Engineer, JavaScript- Fullstack

Job Description As a Fullstack Developer at Nagarro, you will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality code. You will need to understand the clients" business use cases and technical requirements to convert them into technical designs that meet the requirements seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include mapping decisions with requirements, translating them for developers, and identifying and selecting the best solutions that align with the clients" needs. Your role will also involve defining guidelines and benchmarks for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) during project implementation. Additionally, you will be writing and reviewing design documents that explain the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of applications for developers. You will review architecture and design aspects such as extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs to ensure best practices are followed. Furthermore, you will develop and design solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements, define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to implement them, and apply technology integration scenarios in projects. You will be expected to resolve issues raised during code reviews by conducting thorough root cause analyses and carrying out Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate suggested designs and technologies.
