Job Title: Associate / Sr. Associate – Operations (Primary Source Verification)
Location: Sector 125, Noida (Work From Office) / Late Shift (Work From Home)
Shifts: 9 AM – 6 PM | 1 PM – 10 PM | 4 PM – 1 AM

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate to join our Operations team and handle Primary Source Verification. You will play a key role in validating and verifying applicant information, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders, and ensuring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and process verifications accurately in the system.
• Communicate with government agencies, educational institutions, employers, and vendors.
• Review documents, identify gaps, and flag inconsistencies.
• Conduct secondary research and stay updated on verification processes.
• Suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements:

• Graduate or 3-Year Diploma Holder.
• 1+ year of work experience.
• Excellent written & spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and email communication.
• Computer proficient and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹285,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
