Associate Specialist, Data Science

As an Associate Specialist/Analyst - Data Science at our company, you will be part of the commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization, where we are leveraging analytics and technology to drive decision-making processes. You will work with partners in different Therapeutic areas and Domain areas to create scalable analytics solutions, ranging from data visualization to advanced statistical and AI/ML models. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical problem statements - Implement solutions through SQL/Python and appropriate ML techniques - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions - Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner - Adopt a continuous learning mindset and develop expertise in the therapeutic area **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree with at least 0-3 years of industry experience - Strong skills in Python/R, SQL, and Excel - Strong foundations in statistics and machine learning You should have an agile mindset of continuous learning and be capable of effectively communicating with executive and business stakeholders. Prior experience in healthcare analytics or consulting sectors and hands-on experience in Data Science are preferred.
