Associate Software Engineer

As an Associate Software Engineer at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will have the opportunity to work in the Veeva Drug Development & Cloud team, contributing to Veeva Configuration and Operational activities within the BMS Veeva ecosystem. Here, you will play a crucial part in transforming the lives of patients and shaping your career through unique and meaningful work experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate closely with the Veeva Drug Dev & Quality Cloud team to gain in-depth knowledge of the Veeva vault platform and various vaults. - Assist in deploying the Veeva Vault Platform and general releases, including documentation and testing. - Analyze, design, and configure systems to meet business requirements. - Contribute to all testing activities of the vault release, including script generation, execution, review, and approval. - Provide operational support for the Veeva vaults to the global user community, including maintenance, security assessments, incident response, etc. - Conduct periodic user access reviews of the applications. - Obtain/maintain a Veeva Associate Administrator Level certification. **Qualifications & Experience:** - University degree in a relevant discipline with a thorough understanding of the principles and concepts. - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Veeva. - Familiarity with Java SDK is advantageous. - Experience in implementing/supporting SaaS solutions and automated testing tools. - Knowledge of life science industry with Quality domain expertise. - Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Practices. - Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, apply a continuous improvement mindset, and make well-developed recommendations. - Ideal to have Veeva Associate Administrator Level certification.
