Associate Software Developer - Web

As an Associate Software Developer at BNI's Global Information Technology Team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining company-owned web applications. Working closely with other developers and QA engineers in Bangalore, as well as BNI Management and Leadership teams, you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team and organization with significant growth opportunities for high performers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the entire application lifecycle including concept, design, coding, testing, release, and support. - Write clean code to produce fully functional web applications. - Approach development lifecycle with testing in mind, including Unit and Integration testing. - Troubleshoot and debug applications for optimal performance. - Design interfaces to enhance user experience. - Adhere to quality standards and suggest new technologies to enhance applications. - Create prototypes, translate complex information into simple designs, and modernize web applications. - Collaborate as a team player and problem-solver. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills. - 2+ years of experience in full stack Web Development. - Experience in Vue.js, Vite, Vuetify, Node.js, MySQL, Test-Driven Development, OOP, API integrations, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Proficiency in an IDE for web development and Agile Project Management Methodologies. - Familiarity with GIT. - Desirable experience in Django rest framework, Continuous Integration Pipelines, and Python.
