Associate Regional Head - Life Insurance

Monitoring the team's progress against the plan and providing guidance for their professional growth and success will also be part of your role. Your focus will be to instill desired sales behavior within the team by leveraging digital sales management processes. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA/Graduate degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years of people management experience. Prior experience in managing sales teams in the BFSI sector will be considered advantageous. Key skills that will be essential for this role include strong sales planning abilities, effective team management skills, and a drive for high achievement.
