Associate Quality Analyst

As an Associate Quality Analyst at Vitech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software solutions for the insurance and retirement industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating business requirements into test cases to identify defects before production. - Developing test scenarios from scratch, managing them throughout the testing process. - Taking charge of defect management across the software development life cycle for clean releases. - Collaborating with agile squads in Scrum/Agile and traditional Waterfall setups. - Validating reserve calculations using actuarial data and backend policy trails. - Working closely with developers and product managers to enhance product quality and customer experience. Qualifications required for this role: - 2-3 years of hands-on QA experience in software testing. - Exposure to retirement systems and business processes. - Strong skills in test planning and execution, including Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and Test Evidence. - Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting tools like Selenium, TestNG. - Proficiency in SQL for data integrity validation at the database level. - Experience with JIRA for test and defect tracking. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
