Job Position Title:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Perform reconciliations and validate financial data.
• Support finance controls, compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and resolve queries.
• Prepare MIS reports, management summaries, and ad hoc analyses.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and reporting timelines.
• Use Microsoft Excel and finance systems for data management and analysis.
• Work collaboratively in a team and under pressure.
• Support the team during statutory deadlines and ad hoc assignments.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of general ledger (GL) accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player.
• Proactive and flexible regarding assignments.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle.
