Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Technical Project Engineering team at Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC) where you will focus on a range of engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, chemical, civil, structural, automation, and software engineering. Your responsibilities will include discipline engineering and design, planning, risk assessments, coordination of resources, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design and verify the HMI application for various FACTS projects. - Design and verify SCADA/GWS application for various projects. - Support the design of communication networks by preparing related documents and assisting in the implementation. - Implement quality processes connected with project execution and participate in continuous improvement programs. - Provide commissioning support for HMI/SCADA site testing. - Take ownership of project KPIs such as OTD, COPQ, etc. - Conduct design and testing, Factory Verification, and Customer Factory Acceptance Test. - Attend customer meetings and ensure project documentation is in order. - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business. Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech in ECE, EEE, or E&I. - 2-5 years of operating experience in the industrial control system or SAS. - Experience in designing HMI for industrial applications using InTouch or equivalent software. - Good working knowledge of HMI animation concepts and logics. - Strong knowledge of communication protocols for SCADA/network. - Prior experience in SAS is preferred. - Experience in Process and ISO audits.
